Filipino couple Ryan Ambrosio and Jen Dormitorio died in a car incident in Michigan on Saturday, January 6.
At approximately 1:30 a.m., tragedy struck as Ryan Ambrosio, aged 45, and Jennifer Ambrosio, aged 43, met a fatal accident while driving on the Lodge Freeway near Civic Drive. Regrettably, they were pronounced dead at the scene.
On their way home from a date night, a Filipino couple was involved in a tragic incident. A 35-year-old man from Romulus, who was driving a stolen truck and trying to evade the police, drove in the opposite direction of traffic without his headlights on. This led to a collision with the couple’s vehicle.
The Filipino couple, parents of six children aged between two and nine years old, tragically did not survive the accident, leaving their children orphaned.
The family initiated a GoFundMe campaign to support the couple’s children, and it has successfully amassed $433,393. The report assures that the Ambrosio family is committed to ensuring the well-being and nurturing, making sure that the six children will grow and be raised in a safe environment.
The Michigan State Police have reported that the individuals involved in the incident, including the driver and his 29-year-old passenger, are currently in critical condition after the accident but have the potential for recovery, as indicated by the police.
Charges against the responsible suspects for the crash are anticipated and will be brought forth with local prosecutors as long as they get well, as per the police statement.
The friends and acquaintances of Ryan and Jen have been offering their condolences and expressing their sorrow to the grieving family. Close friends and loved ones are coming together to support the family emotionally during this difficult period.
