Kapamilya love team Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano, also fondly known as “DonBelle,” are back to making their fans’ hearts melt with their latest series ‘How to Spot a Red Flag.’
The series title card was originally released on September 25 during a story conference and script reading event.
The project is ABS-CBN’s first local collaboration with the streaming service Viu after the successful adaptations of ‘The Borken Marriage Vow,’ ‘Flower of Evil,’ and ‘What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim.’

‘How to Spot a Red Flag’ centers around a barista (Belle Mariano) who’s caught between two guys: a confident bad boy (played by Jameson Blake) and a charming good boy (Donny Pangilinan). Despite recognizing the “red flags,” Belle Mariano’s character explores the complexities of love and deception.
The romantic drama is directed by Dwein Baltazar, who is known for her work in the movies Third World Romance and Hello Stranger: The Movie and as the writer of Exes Baggage. She also directed Run To Me and co-directed Marry Me, Marry You.
‘How to Spot a Red Flag’ will also star Angel Aquino, Christian Vasquez, Benjie Paras, Mylene Dizon, Kira Balinger, and Esnyr. Although DonBelle has previously starred in the hit series ‘Can’t Buy Me Love,’ the new series’ star-studded cast will test their acting chops.

Viu Philippines announced that the series would be available for streaming on the platform on November 25.
