MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Daniel Padilla celebrates his 27th birthday alongside a surprise party thrown by family, friends, and loved ones on Tuesday, April 26.
Star Magic uploaded a series of Instagram photos documenting his surprise birthday celebration, an event organized by his longtime manager, Luz Bagalacsa, on the set of his upcoming TV series “2 Good 2 Be True.”
In addition to their series’ cast and crew alongside his partner, Kathryn Bernard, present at the celebration were the actor’s family, including his mother Karla Estrada and his sister Carmella Ford.
Daniel is well-known to be the biggest male star of his generation. He will appear as the male lead star in the new television series “2 Good 2 Be True.” His character will pair his love team and real life partner Kathryn Bernardo.
Mae Cruz Alviar directs the romance comedy series where it will also star Gloria Diaz, Ronaldo Valdez, Irma Idlawan, as well as Gelli de Belen, Smokey Manaloto, Cris Villanueva, and Romnick Sarmenta.
Daniel and Kathryn will both portray fictional characters named Eloy and Ali. The actor said that the storyline’s characters and relationships are different from the roles they played in the past.
The upcoming series marks the couple’s comeback and reunion for the first time since their horror-fantasy drama series, La Luna Sangre, last 2017, which stars Richard Guitierrez, Angel Locsin, John Lloyd Cruz, Sue Ramirez, Piolo Pascual, among others.
The series comeback for the phenomenal love team will a unique release since it will first be shown via Netflix on May 13, and after three days (or 72 hours), it will be shown on pay TV.
Moreover, its scheduled release date is in May 16, to air on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, TFC, Jeepney TV, A2Z Channel 11, and TV5. – WhatALife!
