The city logged 11 new COVID-19 cases on February 26 and 27. There are now 670 active cases in the city with a total cumulative of 25,582 COVID-19 cases since March 2020.

Breakdown: For the Saturday new cases, one local cases with link, two local APOR cases, and two ROF. Meanwhile, for the Sunday new cases, four are local index cases, one ROF, and one local death.

Out of the total cumulative, 112 are currently admitted at Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC), 550 outpatients staying at the Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility (TTMF), and eight cases under the ROF/LSI category.

The city also logged 144 new recoveries (69 on Saturday and 75 on Sunday) and one new death, bringing the total recoveries and death cases to 23,985 and 927, respectively.
