Cagayan de Oro logs 124 new COVID-19 cases; active cases rise to 556

Cagayan de Oro City reported 124 new confirmed cases for coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on Monday, January 17.

The city logged 124 new COVID-19 cases as of 10 PM yesterday, of which 60 are local index cases, 14 local cases with link, 34 APOR cases, eight APOR cases with link, and two returning overseas Filipinos (ROFs).

With this, the city has a total cumulative of 21,031 COVID-19 cases.

Out of the total cumulative, 556 are active cases, 130 are currently admitted at Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC), 426 outpatients staying at the Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility (TTMF), and 21 cases under the ROF/LSI category.



The city also logged 14 new recoveries and one new death from January 15, bringing the total recoveries and death cases to 19,621 and 854, respectively.
