CAGAYAN DE ORO, PHILIPPINES — CDO’s Andre John Cue will represent the country in the upcoming Caballero Universal pageant in Venezuela this November 2022.
On Sunday, August 21, Mister International Philippines officially named Cue as the Philippine representative for the pageant set in Caracas, Venezuela, South America. For the first time, the Philippines will be seeking a candidate for the Caballero Universal pageant.
Mister International Philippines acquired the Philippine franchise of Caballero Universal just recently which allowed the organization to appoint a delegate for the upcoming competition.
Cue finished as the fourth runner-up in the MIPH (Mister International Philippines) Pageant held at Okada Manila last June 27. Later, he was appointed by the MIPH as their representative for Mister Teen International next year.
The organization stated that Andre Cue met the qualifications and standards set by Caballero Universal, making him the best choice for the first Filipino and Asian contestant in the competition, which was launched in 2021.
The Organization did not think twice to appoint Andre as this opportunity will open the doors for Filipinos and Asians to show what we have in the international stage,” read Mister International Philippines’s announcement.
Caballero Universal social media has also welcomed Andre Cue officially as the Philippines’ first representative to the pageant.
Mister International Philippines 2023 Regional Screening
The organization has also announced that it is ready to look for new candidates in Northern Mindanao for MIster International Philippines 2023.
The screening is scheduled on August 29, 2022 from 2 pm to 6pm at SM CDO Downtown Premiere.
The first face-to-face screening for the national competition is also a first for Northern Mindanao and the 2023 edition of the pageant.

- 18 to 30 years old
- At least 5 feet 9 inches tall
- Good moral character
- Physically and mentally fit
