MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Willie Nepomuceno, impersonator, satirist, and comedian, has died at the age of 75 years old due to subdural hematoma.

Willie Nepomuceno’s death was announced through a statement on his Facebook page with the captions saying, “To our family, loved ones, and friends, it is with deep sadness and heavy heart to announce the passing of our beloved father, WILLIE NEPOMUCENO on July 26, 2023, at the age of 75. He has peacefully joined our creator.”

The details of Willie Nepomuceno’s wake will be announced soon, so the family asked for more of others’ prayers.

Willie Nepomuceno’s death was a result of a subdural hematoma. His son, Willie Wilson Nepomuceno, said his father was rushed to the emergency room of Marikina Valley Medical Center on Monday morning after he was well off his bed.

After the surgery, Willie Nepomuceno’s signs became stable while he was still comatose.

Then the tragic event happened; the next day, his vitals deteriorated, and another CT scan showed a recurrence of hematoma and new sites of bleeding.

“By 6:17 am this morning, sadly he left us na,” Willie Wilson, Willie Nepomuceno’s son said. “Nabigla lang talaga kami lahat.”

“Your legacy will forever be engraved in my heart,” he added. “Rest well, knowing that you are deeply loved and missed.”
