WEATHER UPDATE — According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), the shear line and Northeast Monsoon continue to bring rains over parts of Luzon and Visayas. Meanwhile, cloud clusters were spotted over Palawan, Visayas, and Caraga.
Light rains and colder weather are forecast in parts of Northern Luzon due to the Northeast Monsoon (Amihan), said PAGASA. The shear line, on the other hand, continues to bring moderate to heavy rains over Visayas.
Although there are cloud clusters spotted over Palawan, eastern and central Visayas, and Caraga Region, the weather agency reports no formation of a Low-Pressure Area (LPA) in the following days. These cloud clusters may bring isolated light to moderate rain showers before dispersing.
