South Korean actors Rain and Kim Bum are back for a new fantasy Kdrama series next year!

South Korean television network tvN’s unveiled the first teaser for its upcoming drama Ghost Doctor (literal title) on Monday, December 6.

Featuring Hallyu actors Rain (real name Jung Ji-hoon) and Kim Bum, Ghost Doctor is “a fantasy medical drama about two doctors who could not be more different in terms of their backgrounds, skills, or personalities, but end up combining bodies and spirits,” Soompi reported. The series will be helmed by famed Heirs (2013) director Boo Sung-chul.

Rain, who previously appeared in Welcome 2 Life (2019), will play the role of the genius thoracic surgeon Cha Young-min. Meanwhile, Kim, who previously starred in Law School (2021), will play the silver-spoon resident Go Seung-tak. 

The fantasy medical series will also star Apink’s Son Naeun, who will play as the emergency room intern Oh Soo Jung.
