Mga Kababayan… TURN UP!
Filipino-American artist Ez Mil has released another version of his patriotic rap song “Panalo” on Tuesday evening, June 9.
Virgin Music Label and Artist Services also announced that they have taken the 22-year-old rapper under their wing, signing him on Tuesday.
The new version features boxing icon and Senator Manny Pacquiao and some of his boxing footage. Like the original version, Ez also raps in his native Filipino with English subtitles translating the inspiring chorus: “We are Filipino, no matter the color of our skin, we will take it to heart. No matter our Filipino dialect, no one can beat the ferocity of our blood.”
He also included Bisaya rap verses which were not included in the original version.

Ez attracted more Filipino fans after his explosive performance of “Panalo” recorded on the Wish USA Bus, gaining over 61 million views on YouTube last January.
A year before that, though, he has already steadily risen to prominence worldwide, gaining millions of streams on Spotify, over 600,000 YouTube subscribers, and millions of social media followers.
