MANILA, Philippines — Due to the persistent rainfall resulting from the habagat and Typhoon Hanna, numerous local government units have declared class suspension today, September 4, 2023.
Several local government units have announced a class suspension on September 4 due to the continuous rains caused by habagat and Typhoon Hanna.
PAGASA has projected that Typhoon Hanna will likely leave the Philippine Area of Responsibility in the next 6 to 12 hours.
