MANILA, PHILIPPINES – The renowned University of the Philippines Fair (UP Fair) is back for its 2024 edition, igniting the Sunken Garden from February 12th to 17th. This year’s theme, “Paalabin ang Tinig” (Amplify the Voice), calls upon Filipino artists to unite their creative fire with the struggle for social justice.
