South Korean group TREASURE has achieved its first major YouTube milestone on Thursday, December 9.
The group’s music video for their debut track BOY crossover the 100 million-mark four months after it premiered on August 7 (KST).
Formed by YG Entertainment in 2019, TREASURE is composed of 12 members, namely Choi Hyun-suk, Jihoon, Yoshi, Junkyu, Mashiho, Yoon Jae-hyuk, Asahi, Bang Ye-dam, Doyoung, Haruto, Park Jeong-woo, and So Jung-hwan.
Ahead of the group’s debut, TREASURE became the fastest South Korean act to chart on Billboard’s Social 50. They also earned multiple new artists of the year awards, including Rookie Artist of the Year at the 35th Golden Disc Awards and Best New Male Artist at the 2020 Mnet Asian Music Awards.
