Star Magic artists proudly displayed their physiques after months of intense workouts and strict dieting at the “Hot Summer 2024” event in Laiya, Batangas.

Seventeen celebrities embraced the body transformation challenge, including JM de Guzman, who documented his dedication to fitness and health

“Naging mahirap, pero madami naman naging learnings na nakuha sa journey ko dito,”

 “At first, nahirapan talaga ako, kasi ang laki ko talaga noon — 184 pounds.”

“Pero nag-training kami online. Kahit nasa shoot ako, kung hindi ako maka-train, I make sure I box, and ‘yung diet din,” JM said. 

Additionally, Actress-singer Anji Salvacion also joined the transformation challenge, who not only embraced the physical changes but also emerged as the Hot Summer 2024 Fan Favorite. 

Aside from Salvacion, Kobie Brown also emerged as the Hot Summer 2024 Fan Favorite.

“Ngayon ko lang na-realize na may learning ako na nakuha dito, and ‘yung learning ko is my diet, my discipline,” 

“Because you know what to eat already, you know what to do with your body. Grabe ‘yung na-gain kong knowledge here, and I want to continue this.” Anji said. 

Meanwhile, Actresses Chie Filomeno and Barbie Imperial, along with Jake Cuenca, served as Hot Summer 2024 Ambassadors. 

Cuenca commended the efforts of all participants, emphasizing the dedication and hard work put into achieving their fitness goals.

“It’s amazing that we are having these events more frequently,”

 “For me, I still remember the [COVID-19] pandemic. Matagal ko hindi na-experience [ito]. I’m proud of everyone, lahat ng mga hottie. They made a big transformation, especially my friends Jameson and JM.” Jake said. 

The event was highlighted by the performances of OPM girl group BINI, who captivated the audience with their hit singles “Pantropiko” and “Salamin, Salamin.”
