WEATHER UPDATE — According to the Philippines Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), easterlies will affect Visayas and Mindanao, causing possible flash floods or landslides.
With generally fair weather across the country, Northern Mindanao, Davao Region, and portions of Visayas will experience moderate to heavy rains. Metro Manila and the rest of the country may experience cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms.

Caraga, Davao Region, Northern Mindanao, Leyte, Southern Leyte, and Bohol will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by the easterlies, impacting the areas with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains. Cautionary actions are advised for people living in accident-prone areas.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will also experience cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms also caused by easterlies and localized thunderstorms, impacting the areas with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Coastal water conditions will be normal as winds directed from Southeast to South will be over Luzon. Visayas and Mindanao will have winds directed going East. – WhatALife!/Val
