Beginning May 5, Cagayan de Oro City will fully implement and require the use of Higala App! Make sure to register and download your unique QR code to have a hassle-free trip to the city.

Cagayan de Oro City Economic Enterprises Department (CEED) reminded customers and stallholders in Cogon and Carmen Public Markets that starting May 5, the Higala App QR code will now be required upon entry.

With this, some market gates will be closed to limit entry access and for crowd monitoring.

Unregistered residents and non-residents who wish to enter the market can ask for may register at the Security Office located on the 2nd floor of Cogon Public Market and CEED Office at Carmen Public Market from 8 AM to 4 PM.

(Update) – Cogon Public Market will open five (5) entrances with QR Code Scanners, while Carmen Public Market will open seven (7) entrances.
