MANILA, PHILIPPINES – Hackers appear to have compromised the official Facebook page of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), posting explicit content on their Facebook story.
Widely known to hold and conduct charity sweepstakes, races, and lotteries, the PCSO is the principal government agency for raising and providing funds for health programs, medical assistance and services, and charities of national character.
PSCO also engages in health and welfare-related investments, projects, and activities to provide for permanent and continuing sources of funds for its programs.
Just a few hours ago, the page uploaded explicit content on their stories. The agency hasn’t released an official statement regarding this mishap
As of this posting, they have taken down the said photos from their official Facebook page.
