MANILA, PHILIPPINES — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has signed Proclamation No. 90, which declares the official holidays next year, 2023. The list includes regular holidays and special non-working holidays. The new proclamation replaces the list of holidays signed in August through Proclamation 42
