SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA — South Korean groups NCT, ENHYPEN, BTS, TWICE, TXT, BLACKPINK, and ITZY are ranking high on the World Albums Chart of Billboard.
The Billboard has listed and published the Word Albums Chart for the week of March 12, 2022.
The World Albums Chart shows that the South Korean boy group BTS got to the top 15 for its six albums this week. The group’s 2020 album ‘Map of the Soul: 7’ obtained the number 2 spot on the chart. And the number 3, 4, 8, 11, and 14 spots on the chart is for the following BTS hit albums: ‘BE,’ ‘Map of the Soul: Persona,’ ‘Love Yourself: Tear,’ ‘Love Yourself: Her,’ and ‘Love Yourself: Answer.’
The latest studio album of NCT, ‘Universe,’ is loyal to the number 6 spot on the chart during its 11th consecutive week, and NCT 127, ‘Sticker’ went to the number 7 spot during the group’s album 24th successive week.
The South Korean girl group TWICE album, ‘Formula of Love: O+T=<3,’ is consistently at the number 9 spot on the World Albums Chart.
The ‘DIMENSION : ANSWER’ of ENHYPHEN rises at the number 10 spot on the chart on its seventh week.
‘THE ALBUM’ of BLACKPINK went to the number 12 spot during its 74th week on the chart.
While the ‘CRAZY IN LOVE’ of ITZY climbed to the 13th spot during its 22nd week on the chart.
Lastly, the album of the TXT, ‘The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE’ went to the top 15 during its 40th consecutive week on the chart, raising its record as the longest-charting album released in 2021.
The South Korean groups dominate the World Albums Chart with their phenomenal albums.
