Mommy Dionisia Pacquiao, mother of boxing icon Manny Pacquiao, extends motherly advice to two-time Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo about “loving his mother.”
“Mahalin mo ang nanay mo. Huwag ka magtanim, kimkim ng sama ng loob. Mahal na mahal ka sa mama mo, nanay mo. Mahalin mo siya sa lubusan ng pagmamahal bilang nanay, kay mahal na mahal ka niya. ‘Yan lang ang payo ko sa’yo bilang nanay,” said Mommy Dionisia in a video uploaded by Mike Drilon Yamson on Facebook.
Mommy Dionisia’s comment came after Carlos Yulo’s reported rift with his mother, Angelica Yulo. Angelica had allegedly stolen the spotlight from her son after he won two gold medals in the 2024 Paris Olympics.

She also disapproved of her son’s girlfriend, Chloe San Jose. However, Angelica recently held a press conference with other family members to apologize to Carlos Yulo. Their family drama has gathered mixed reactions from netizens and caused Mommy Dionisia to express her thoughts.
