The exams will be conducted in different parts of the Philippines, including NCR, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga. It will take place on April 18, 2024.

The exam is administered by the Board of Real Estate Service which is composed of OFELIA C. BINAG, Chairman and RAFAEL M. FAJARDO, JOSE ARNOLD M. TAN and PILAR M. TORRES-BANAAG, Members.

Registration Requirements

• Notice of Admission
• Duly accomplished Oath Form
• 2 pieces of passport-sized ID photos in white background and with complete name tag
• 2 sets of documentary stamp
• 1 piece short brown envelope
