Fuel price rollback effective October 25, 2022

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — The new set of fuel price changes for the month is set to take effect on Tuesday, October 25, 2022, according to industry sources.

In a separate advisory, CALTEX will implement a price hike for diesel by Php1.10 per liter, kerosene by Php0.45 per liter, and Platinum and Silver gasoline by Php0.35 per liter, effective 12:01 am.

Effective 6:00 am, Pilipinas SHELL will implement a price increase for diesel by Php1.10 per liter, kerosene by Php0.45 per liter, and gasoline by Php0.35 per liter.

Effective 6:00 am, Flying V will implement a price increase for biodiesel by Php1.10 per liter, kerosene by Php0.45 per liter, and gasoline by Php0.35 per liter.



Effective 4:01 am, CleanFuel will implement a price increase for diesel by Php1.10 per liter and gasoline by Php0.35 per liter.

Effective 6:00 am, Seaoil will implement a price hike for diesel by Php1.10 per liter, kerosene by Php0.45 per liter, and gasoline by Php0.35 per liter.

Effective 6:00 am, Jetti Petroleum will implement a price increase for Diesel Master by Php1.10 per liter and Accel Rate and JX Premium by Php0.35 per liter.

Effective 6:00 am, Petro Gazz will implement a price increase for diesel by Php1.10 per liter and gasoline by Php0.35 per liter.



Effective 6:00 am, PTT Philippines will implement a price increase for diesel by Php1.10 per liter and gasoline by Php0.35 per liter.

Effective 6:00 am, UniOil will implement a price increase for Euro5 Diesel by Php1.10 per liter, and Eurogasoline 91,95&97 by Php0.35 per liter.

The estimates for this week are the following:

  • Diesel – Php0.90 to Php1.10 per liter (rollback)
  • Gasoline – Php0.10 to Php0.40 per liter (rollback)
  • Kerosene – Php0.60 to Php0.90 per liter (rollback)

On October 18, fuel prices were increased by Php2.70 per liter for diesel, gasoline by Php0.80 per liter, and kerosene by Php2.90 per liter. Meanwhile, in previous price adjustments on October 11, fuel prices were decreased by Php6.85 for diesel, Php1.20 for gasoline, and Php3.50 for kerosene.

As of October 18, 2022, the year-to-date net increase is Php16.45 per liter for gasoline, Php38.50 per liter for diesel, and Php29.65 per liter for kerosene.

Oil firms usually announce new fuel price changes every Monday to be implemented on Tuesday. – WhatALife!
