(UPDATED 5/05/2022) The campaign period has commenced on February 8 during the proclamation rally. After the event, national candidates have begun travelling around the country to make their platforms and messages known to the Filipino people. The e-rally live streaming event is a safe campaign hosted by the Commission on Elections. It is a platform that provides free live streaming rallies for national candidates for elections 2022. 

According to COMELEC spokesperson James Jimenez, “This platform can help ensure that even those candidates who have less in followers can still have more in views and exposure, so to speak.”

There are 3 slots for presidential and vice-presidential candidates per night, each with 10 minutes of screen time. Senatorial, Party-List Organizations, and Political Parties also have allocated timeslots.
