Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano participate in this week’s Rec•Create video. The pair played the “Lie Detector Game” and addressed questions to each other. For every “lie” they say, they get to take a shot.

Before they formally began the game, the producers asked the pair who they were to each other. Both actors agreed that they were very important in each other’s lives and valued each other’s presence. 

However, they never confirmed nor denied an official label of their status. They also made a pre-game shot before asking the prepared questions.

Donbelle started asking each other very basic questions. Donny first asked Belle what she found most attractive about him. The actress answered that he’s physically good-looking and treats the people around him well.

However, despite telling the truth, the lie detector buzzed Belle. This continues throughout the video, and viewers can tell how affectionate both are. 

On the other hand, Belle asks Donny Pangilinan about what she does, that’s an instant turn-on for him. Pangilinan responded, “Ang bilis mo mag switch. Like, if you’re having a bad moment, you like gather yourself. And you’re like, ‘Let’s go, I can do this,’”

Towards the end of the video, the pair was asked if there was a specific argument that made them closer. Donny quickly agreed, “Oh yeah, marami. I think the arguments make us closer. Kasi the good thing about us is that we make sure to fix it before we continue on.”

Belle also expounded that if they have arguments before work, they tend to have a conversation first before going to set.

The actor added, “Everything’s happening at the same time, and we have to remember that we’re in this together. We’re not supposed to be against each other because we believe in each other, and we should be the ones to lift each other up.”

Moreover, Donny shared one specific incident when they had a misunderstanding, and Belle had to transfer to a different location. Pangilinan had to ask their director to drive to Mariano’s new location to talk with her because he knew she wasn’t okay yet. 

Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano are the stars of the upcoming Viu series, “How to Spot a Red Flag.” During their press interview for the show, Donny mentioned that it’s more lighthearted compared to their previous projects.
