CU, USTP among 20 Best Mechanical Engineering schools in the country

Capitol University (CU) and the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) made it to the top 20 list of the Best Mechanical Engineering Schools in the Philippines for 2019.   Collegetips.ph ranked the colleges and universities that offer mechanical engineering programs based on board exam performance, accreditation, and more. With an overall score of 67.28 percent, USTP placed at Top 18, while CU ranked at Top 20 with 66.44 percent. Moreover, Batangas State University-Alangilan topped the list with 88.06 percent overall score. The University of Santo Tomas followed with 87.68 percent, the University of the Philippines-Diliman with 86.33 percent, and Mapua University-Manila with 84.56 percent. Bulacan State University-Malolos ranked fifth with an overall score of 83.69 percent. The Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology (82.50%) and the Technological University of the Philippines-Visayas (82.37%) ranked sixth and seventh place, respectively.
