If you’re planning to travel anytime soon through Cebu Pacific, here are tips you can keep in mind when purchasing your tickets:
Tips for buying tickets during the ₱99 seat sale
- Prepare your details in advance. Save time by having your travel dates, destination, and passenger details ready.
- Use multiple devices. Cebu Pacific’s website will be busy during the sale, so it’s best to access it through different devices and apps to improve your chances of securing tickets.
- Clear cache and use incognito mode. Sometimes clearing your browser cache or using an incognito window helps prevent issues from overloaded pages or cached data.
- Scroll all the way down or the next page of the website. Take the time to review the deals since you can sometimes find cheaper tickets at the bottom or the next page. Although, you have to hurry since others may snatch them up before you can purchase them.
How to cancel flight in Cebu Pacific
If you won’t be able to use your ticket from the seat sale, note that Cebu Pacific only allows flight cancellations if you have the GO Flexi Fare Bundle or CEB Flexi Add-on.
If you’re thinking about canceling your already booked ticket in hopes of purchasing another one at a cheaper price during the seat sale, let me stop you right there! Aside from the fact that Cebu Pacific doesn’t allow voluntary flight cancellations, they also don’t offer refunds unless your canceled flight was due to airline disruptions.
However, they will allow you to rebook your flight up to 2 hours before your scheduled departure. Here’s how to do so:
- Open the Cebu Pacific app
- Go to ‘Manage Booking’
- Tap ‘Manage’ to access your booking
- Under ‘Modify flight,’ tap ‘Rebook flight’
- Choose which flight you want to rebook
- Confirm your new schedule and review your add-ons
- Check your booking summary and proceed to the payment process
Cebu Pacific’s ₱99 seat sale can be an exciting opportunity for travelers to purchase airline tickets at an affordable price. This allows you to travel to your dream destinations without breaking the bank. However, purchasing the tickets can be competitive, so make sure to prepare ahead of time by following our tips above!
