Cagayan de Oro City reported 16 new confirmed cases for coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on Thursday, April 15, 2021.

In today’s press briefing, City Health Officer Dr. Lorraine Nery said the city recorded 16 new confirmed cases as of 10 PM yesterday, one of which is a locally stranded individual (LSI), eight local cases with known links, one local APOR, and six local index cases.

With this, the city has a total cumulative of 4,387 COVID-19 cases.

Out of the total cumulative, 264 are active cases, 70 are currently admitted at Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC), 186 outpatients staying at the Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility (TTMF), and eight cases under the ROF/LSI category.

Dr. Nery also announced 17 new recoveries and no new death, bringing the total recovery and death cases to 3,920 and 203 respectively.
