Cagayan de Oro City reported 147 new confirmed cases for coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on Wednesday, June 9, 2021.

In today’s press briefing, City Health Officer Dr. Lorraine Nery said the city logged 147 new confirmed cases as of 10 PM yesterday, 39 of which are local cases with known links, 19 local APORs, 82 local index cases, one returning overseas Filipino, and six deaths.

With this, the city has a total cumulative of 8,286 COVID-19 cases.

Out of the total cumulative, 1,630 are active cases, 399 are currently admitted at Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC), 1,230 outpatients staying at the Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility (TTMF), and one ROF/LSI.

Dr. Nery also announced 94 new recoveries and seven deaths, bringing the total recovery and death cases to 6,285 and 371, respectively.
