Cagayan de Oro City reported 80 new confirmed cases for coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on Friday, May 14, 2021.
In today’s press briefing, City Health Officer Dr. Lorraine Nery said the city logged 80 new confirmed cases as of 10 PM yesterday, 24 of which are local cases with known links, 14 local APORs, 41 local index cases, and one death.
With this, the city has a total cumulative of 5,692 COVID-19 cases.
Out of the total cumulative, 849 are active cases, 210 are currently admitted at Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC), 637 outpatients staying at the Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility (TTMF), and two cases under the ROF/LSI category.
Dr. Nery also announced 48 new recoveries and three deaths, bringing the total recovery and death cases to 4,605 and 238 respectively.
