Cagayan de Oro City reported 317 accumulative confirmed cases for coronavirus disease (COVID-19) over the weekend, February 5 to 6.
The city logged 188 new COVID-19 cases on February 05 and 129 as of 10 PM yesterday, February 6. There are now 3,451 active cases in the city with a total cumulative of 24,843 COVID-19 cases since March 2020.
Breakdown: For the Saturday new cases, 123 are local index cases, 14 local cases with link, 35 local APOR cases, four returning overseas Filipino (ROFs), and seven persons deprived of liberty (PDLs). Meanwhile, for the Sunday new cases, 73 are local index cases, 24 local cases with link, 23 local APOR cases, four APOR cases with link, and one ROFs.
Out of the total cumulative, 645 are currently admitted at Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC), 2,710 outpatients staying at the Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility (TTMF), and 96 cases under the ROF/LSI category.
The city also logged 91 new recoveries (61 on Saturday and 30 on Sunday) and nine new deaths, bringing the total recoveries and death cases to 20,498 and 894, respectively.
