Cagayan de Oro City reported a total of 50 new confirmed cases for coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on Friday, October 8.

The city logged 50 new confirmed cases as of 10 PM yesterday, 27 of which are local index cases, 20 local cases with links, two local APOR cases, and one local APOR case with link.

With this, the city has a total cumulative of 19,768 COVID-19 cases.

Out of the total cumulative, 1,635 are active cases, 467 are currently admitted at Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC), 1,164 outpatients staying at the Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility (TTMF), and four patients under the ROF/LSI category.

The city also announced a total of 90 new recoveries and no new death, bringing the total recovery and deaths cases to 17,304 and 829 respectively.
