Cagayan de Oro City reported a total of 119 new confirmed cases for coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on Friday, August 27.

The city logged 119 new confirmed cases as of 10 PM yesterday, 63 of which are local index cases, 23 local cases with links, 14 local APOR cases, three APOR cases with links, two returning overseas Filipino (ROF), one locally stranded individual (LSI), four persons deprived of liberty (PDLs), and nine deaths.

With this, the city has a total cumulative of 16,611 COVID-19 cases.

Out of the total cumulative, 3,272 are active cases, 882 are currently admitted at Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC), 2,387 outpatients staying at the Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility (TTMF), and three patients under the ROF/LSI category.

The city also announced a total of 104 new recoveries and nine new deaths, bringing the total recovery and death cases to 12,629 and 710 respectively.
