Cagayan de Oro City reported a total of 221 new confirmed cases for coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on Friday, August 6.
The city logged 221 new confirmed cases as of 10 PM yesterday, 100 of which are local index cases, 53 local cases with links, 27 local APOR cases, 11 local APOR cases with links, 23 persons deprived of liberty (PDLs), and seven local deaths.
With this, the city has a total cumulative of 13,410 COVID-19 cases.
Out of the total cumulative, 1,888 are active cases, 545 are currently admitted at Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC) and 1,343 outpatients staying at the Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility (TTMF).
The city also announced a total of 109 new recoveries and seven new deaths, bringing the total recovery and death cases to 10,945 and 577 respectively.
