Angus Cloud, a fan favorite from the Euphoria series, was presumed dead at the age of 25 as his family made a statement on Monday.

Cloud, who played a drug dealer Fezco “Fez” O’Niel in the teen drama, died on Monday at his family home in Oakland, California.

“It is with the heaviest heart that we had to say goodbye to an incredible human today,” the family stated.

The family also stated that Cloud was battling with thoughts of suicide after his father’s death when he came back from Ireland. He died a week after his father.

“The only comfort we have is knowing Angus is now reunited with his dad, who was his best friend,” read the statement from the family.

“We hope that his passing can be a reminder to others that they are not alone and should not fight this on their own in silence,” the statement added.

The cause of death was not announced as of yet.

The Oakland Fire Department spokesperson stated that the responders arrived at the location approximately around 11:30 a.m.

When they arrived, they tried to help Cloud, but he was already presumed dead on the spot.

When Cloud came back from Ireland after burying his father, he stayed with his family to work through the grief that he got.

HBO said in a statement, “We are incredibly saddened to learn of the passing of Angus Cloud. He was immensely talented and a beloved part of the HBO and Euphoria family. We extend our deepest condolences to his friends and family during this difficult time.”

After finding out about Cloud’s death, fans swarmed his Instagram and gave their tributes and condolences to his family.

Cloud never planned on being an actor or a star. Best known for his role as Fezco on Euphoria, Cloud was simply picked up by a casting agent and never professionally acted before. His likable character became Euphoria fans’ favorite character in the series. – WhatALife!/Zain
