Batanes will experience cloudy skies with light rains due to amihan (northeast monsoon), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Friday, January 7.
In its 4 AM bulletin, the PAGASA reported partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over the Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and the rest of Cagayan Valley due to amihan.
Meanwhile, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country due to the easterlies.
Moderate to Strong winds will prevail over Luzon and the eastern section of Visayas and Mindanao, while the rest of the archipelago will experience Light to Moderate winds. – WhatALife.ph
