Alex Gonzaga recently featured Riss Abelar, popularly known as Kims Diary, in her vlog titled Pangmayaman na Closet Raid by Alex Gonzaga on her YouTube channel.

In the video, Alex visited the entrepreneur’s residence, where she was greeted by its grand aesthetic and luxurious hot pink cars.

Riss warmly welcomed the actress into her home and shared the story behind her online moniker. She explained that she initially treated her Instagram account as a personal diary, and “Kim” was simply a screen name she came up with.

During their conversation, Alex revealed that she and Abelar lived in the same neighborhood in Taytay.

With her signature humor, she joked, “Naku, may bago tayong mauutangan.”

The entrepreneur introduced her dogs to Alex and gave a brief tour of her lavish home. The highlight of the vlog, however, was her extravagant walk-in closet, filled with luxury fashion items and accessories.

As they explored her collection, Riss also opened up about a traumatizing robbery incident she experienced in Houston.

At one point, the discussion shifted to marriage.

“Masyado namang mabait si Dada, parang nag-aaway pa ba kayo niyan?” Alex playfully remarked on the dynamic between Abelar and her husband.

Abelar responded candidly, “Wala kayong pag-aawayan kung maraming pera.”

Her answer sparked a humorous reaction, and she went on to explain her perspective.

“Pero sis, totoo ‘yon,” she affirmed. “Bakit hindi kami nag-aaway? Kasi usually nag-aaway kayo ‘tngna, pambili ng diaper, yung pambili ng—oh, ‘yung gastos mo’ ganon.”

She also shared this financial perspective with her eldest child, who is now 22 years old.

“Sabi ko, ‘Hindi totoo yung magdidildil kayo ng asin kasi pag sumakit na yung tiyan mo sa gutom, yung asawa mo sasaksakin mo na sa gutom.’” she recalled.

While humorous, Kims Diary’s remarks offered a thought-provoking take on financial stability in relationships. Her perspective suggests that many marital conflicts stem from financial struggles, and having financial security can significantly reduce tensions between partners.

This sentiment resonated with viewers, sparking discussions on the importance of financial planning in maintaining a harmonious relationship.
