The Knafeh chocolate bar was created by a Dubai-based founder based on her pregnancy cravings. Founder Sarah Haounda shared, “We take a lot of time and effort and put a lot of love into our bars.” She further added that it’s more than just a bar of chocolate but an experience.

Fix Chocolate Dubai started as her side hustle in 2021. He created her brand intending to produce more than your usual chocolate fix. Since TikToker Maria Vehera posted an ASMR video of her eating the viral Fix Dessert Chocolatier bar, Sarah’s sales have skyrocketed. The video alone has over fifty million views on the platform.

The brand’s founder also said she didn’t expect her products to blow up. “To be honest, I never imagined it would go global,” said Sarah.

Since the Dubai chocolate pistachio bar is only available in the country, multiple people have tried to recreate it. There are now multiple videos of users on TikTok who documented their recreation process, adding to the chocolate bar’s popularity.

These videos typically involve content creators biting into it loudly and the chocolate creating a nutty crunch. Moreover, those who have tasted it share that it has high-quality milk that makes it creamy. In fact, it has a nutty taste and crispy texture, with smooth chocolate on the outside.
