CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, PHILIPPINES — In the latest Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Civil Engineer (CE) board examination, Jameson Glen Lim of Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan takes the first place.
Lim and two other students from the University of the Philippines-Diliman and the University of St. Louis-Tuguegarao received a combined score of 93.95 percent.
Lim is the Summa Cum Laude of the XU Civil Engineering Class of 2020.
His alma mater was also quick to congratulate their best graduate with a post on their official Facebook page.
They are among the 5,836 people who passed the licensing exams held earlier this month in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
The exam results were released five days following the last day of the exam.
The Board of Civil Engineering members who administered the license exam were Chairman Engr. Members Engr. Praxedes Bernardo and Praxedes Bernardo Engr. Pericles Dakay and Pericles Dakay Estaero, Romeo.
PRC reminded successful examinees to register for their Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration online from June 8 to 19, 13 to 17, and 20 to 21. They must also register and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals individually.
