Heads up, pageant fans! Binibining Pilipinas 2024 is finally happening this Sunday, July 7, 2024. This year, Binibining Pilipinas Charities, Inc. (BPCI) is celebrating its 60th anniversary, and the winners will receive one million Philippine pesos each.
The pageant’s runner-ups will also be given a lump sum of four hundred thousand Philippine pesos each.
On Sunday, forty Filipinas will vie for prestigious pageant titles. The winners will be crowned Miss International and Miss Globe. The current titleholders are Angelica Lopez and Anna Valencia Lakrini, respectively.
This year’s host lineup is led by former Miss Universe Catriona Gray. Other notable pageant icons on Sunday include Kylie Versoza, MJ Lastimosa, Nicole Cordoves, and Ruffa Gutierrez.
Binibining Pilipinas themselves said this year is “a grand reunion of queens for the most beautiful night in the Philippines.”
For its national costume competition last month, the top 5 ladies who stood out the most were:
- Binibini 40, Myrna Esguerra, Abra
- Binibini 31, Zianah Famy, Cavite
- Binibini 16, Myrea Caccam, Oriental Mindoro
- Binibini 23, Joyc Ann Garduque, Quezon Province
- Binibini 24, Monica Acuno, Kalayaan, Laguna
BB Pilipinas 2024 fans across the country and the world are waiting for its coronation night at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. Fans are buzzing online about their excitement. Binibining Pilipinas has also released ticket prices online.
Additionally, prominent Filipino artists will be performing. The roster includes P-pop group SB19, Gary Valenciano, and Martin Nievera.
Binibining Pilipinas 2024 will also feature new crowns for queens in addition to the cash prize. Manny Halasan designed both of the new crowns, which were showcased during a press presentation. These crowns feature ethical diamonds, drawing inspiration from the organization’s logo and Philippine flag.
Organizers are truly going all out for this year’s festivities,, and Filipinos worldwide couldn’t wait for this night. Since it is dubbed a “grand reunion of beauty queens,” pageant fans look forward to other notable figures appearing during this night.
