The ITCZ is affecting Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao, while the Amihan or Northeast Monsoon is now affecting a large portion of Northern Luzon.
TheLPA is now located 920 km East of Eastern Visayas (10.4°N, 133.6°E).
On the other hand, the shear line is affecting Cagayan and Isabella along with Quirino and Aurora.
“Samanatala, yung shear line, ito yung pagsalubong nang malamig na hangin at mainit na hangin,” said PAGASA Weather Forecaster Aldczar Aurelio.
(Meanwhile, there is the shear line, which is the collision of cold winds and hot winds)
