Weather Update: According to PAGASA’s early morning forecast, the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will impact Mindanao on Friday.
The ITCZ will bring cloudy skies, scattered rain showers, and thunderstorms to Northern Mindanao, Caraga, and Davao, with probable flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains.
Due to the easterlies, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy sky with scattered rain showers or thunderstorms. Severe thunderstorms may cause flash floods or landslides.
The entire country will have light to moderate winds moving east to southeast, with slight to moderate coastal waters.
