Excitement filled the air during The Voice Kids 2024 as Coach Pablo made a bold move, stealing Ziha Gabio from Coach Julie in a dramatic battle round. Ziha’s powerful performance captivated both the audience and coaches, marking a pivotal moment in her journey.
Coach Pablo initially shed tears during the blind auditions when Ziha chose Coach Julie over him. He then seized the opportunity to mentor her during the steal round of The Voice Kids. His heartfelt reaction revealed his deep admiration for her talent.
During last night’s episode of the The Voice Kids’ battle round, Coach Stell pointed out to Pablo, “Naalala mo pa ba si Ziha? Ayun ‘yung nagpasakit ng puso mo eh.” Pablo then replied, “Iniyakan ko ‘yan eh.”

When Julie didn’t choose Ziha, Pablo then took the chance to steal her and headed to the young singer’s dressing room. Before breaking the news, the coach asked the contestant if she was okay.
When asked why he chose to steal Ziha, the mentor said, “To be honest with you, blind auditions palang ine-eye ko na talaga si Ziha. So, I’m really happy naman for her.
So, ‘yung second na chance to, igragrab talaga namin to para maipakita kung sino siya,” he added.
Pablo then concluded, “I’m so, so excited for the show-off. So, good luck nalang sa lahat.”
This isn’t the first time Coach Pablo and Coach Julie have crossed paths over a contestant. Last week, Coach Julie successfully stole another standout, Macmac, from Coach Pablo. This showcased the competitive yet supportive spirit between the coaches.
Both moments have fueled anticipation for the next rounds as these young singers continue to develop their craft under new guidance from their coaches.
