The ensemble cast includes Charlie Vickers, Cynthia Addai-Robinson, Megan Richards, Ismael Cruz Córdova, Tyroe Muhafidin, Charles Edwards, and Trystan Gravelle. Director Charlotte Brändström and the team attended the event to build excitement for the upcoming Lord of the Rings prequel.
“It’s really a spectacular season,” showrunner J.D. Payne teased during the premiere. “It’s broader, deeper, and bigger, going into more worlds and mythology. It gets really dark and twisted, and this time, turning into a psychological thriller with more creatures, action, and scale you have never seen before.”
“Season 2 has a darker and more thrilling premise with higher stakes,” Brändström said upon returning to direct the second season.
