Sweet Home 2 is set for its return on December 1 which follows the green home survivors and Hyun-su fighting for their lives to survive.
The first season of Sweet Home revolved around the stories of Green Home Mansion tenants, who were forced to survive together after a mysterious disease infected the whole apartment.
The disease has been turning humans into monsters and the cause of it is yet to be discovered. Together, the tenants fought against the monsters who were trying to kill each and every one of them.
The lead cast for Sweet Home Season 1 included Song Kang, Lee Jin Wook, Lee Si Young, Park Gyu Young, Go Min Si, and Lee Do Hyun.
Meanwhile, Season 2 brings fresh yet familiar faces into the scene. Oh Jung Se, Yoo Oh Seong, Jinyoung, and Kim Moo Yeol are among the big names who have joined the cast.
In the 2nd season of the Korean horror movie series, the main characters depart from the Green Home – the site of their previous monster battles, and are prepared to venture into the outside world.
Survivors have gathered and used what is left in the stadium to build a community, but they still cannot let their guard down.
The evolving storyline promises heightened anticipation as the characters confront new dangers in different environments, where they have to fight against both external monsters and their own monstrous desires.
Song Kang returns as Hyun-su, who is shown in the date announcement trailer being taken to a mysterious location in a cage.
Adapted from the popular webtoon of the same name, Sweet Home made its global debut on Netflix in December 2020.
