On Thursday, September 12, Senator Sherwin Gatchalian revealed the names of three foreigners who allegedly helped Alice Guo’s escape to Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore in July.
These individuals are Duanren Wu, Zhang Jie, and Huang Zhiyang. Gatchalian said that they “booked the hotels and facilitated their travels.”
“May nakita rin ako na report na galing sa Indonesia na si Duanren Wu is part of those people na tumulong sa grupong ito na tumakas,” said Gatchalian.
Duanren Wu is the top executive of Whirlwind Corp., which leased the land in Porac, Pampanga, where the Lucky South 99 compound is located. Zhang Jie is supposedly the former president of Lucky South 99.

On the other hand, Huang Zhiyang is one of Guo’s co-incorporators in Baofu Land Development, which leased the property to the raided POGO firm in Bamban, Tarlac. Huang is supposed to be the “boss of all bosses” of the illegal operations.
Senator Gatchalian also pointed out that in the video of Alice Guo’s arrest, there were people speaking Chinese in the background.
“So, obviously, ang contact rin ni Guo Hua Ping (Alice Guo) doon, mga Chinese rin. So yan yung network niya,” Gatchalian said.

It still hasn’t been confirmed if these three foreigners helped Alice Guo flee the country. Earlier, the dismissed Bamban mayor said she could leave the country in July with the help of just one foreigner. Further details weren’t disclosed about this individual.
However, Senate President Pro Tempore Jinggoy Estrada hinted that the person may be the “boss of all bosses” in the POGOS in the Philippines and holds passports from five countries, including Kitts and Nevis, China, Cyprus, Dominica, and Cambodia.
