SB19 member Pablo has revealed the teaser poster for his upcoming short film titled “UNA.”

The poster reveals an image of a dirty sheep pelt being hanged atop what seems to be a boat’s extension. At a glance, the entire poster gives an eerie feeling.

“UNA Short Film. In cinemas on 11.09.2024,” Pablo wrote on both Instagram and Twitter/X posts.

As of this article’s writing, the teaser poster had received 7,000 likes on Twitter, while its Instagram counterpart had received 10,000 likes. Users from both social media posts commented positively, praising Pablo for the announcement.

“Another Pablo achievement na di ko masasaksiha in person. But proud akooo sayo,” one user on Twitter/X commented.

Some critics, however, are leaning towards the short film having a cinematic release. Their comments also garnered reactions from defensive fans.

“Wait? Short film tapos sa cinema?” one user commented on the Instagram post.

“The cinema is for films, long or short. Yung docu nga nila sa cinema,” a user responded, referring to SB19’s documentary film as part of his explanation.

Aside from the debut date and poster, Pablo did not reveal any further details about the film. What is confirmed is that he, along with 1Z Entertainment, will serve as the short film’s executive producer.

Sonny Calvento is set to direct the short film. He is recognized for working on a diverse range of genres. Some of his most notable directorial works include “Primetime Mother,” “Excuse Me, Miss, Miss, Miss,” and “The Decaying.”
