P-Pop boy band SB19 received warm support live and throughout social media on the premiere night of “PAGTATAG! The Documentary Film.” The event is currently trending under “#SB19PagtatagDocuPremiereNight.”
“This night is very special for us, so I hope it will also be a milestone for everyone and for those who have been with us on our journey as SB19,” Stell stated.

The film offered an invitational premiere night screening on August 25 at Cineplex Gateway 2 and will set a nationwide screening starting August 28. With many in the cinema at the time, many also believed moviegoers were starting to expand their interest in documentaries.
Jed Regala directs the SB19 documentary, while 1Z Entertainment and First Light Studios produce it. “Pagtatag” is a Tagalog word that translates to “founding,” “establishing,” or “organizing” in English. The title also refers to the boy band’s second extended play.

The “Pagtatag” film revolves around the trials the group members have undergone throughout recent years. Ken emphasized the importance of the documentary in showing their fans that they are regular people.
“This documentary is really a way for us to show that we are people too,” Ken said in his statement. “It’s just really helpful for us to connect with the fans so they can really see who we really are.”
SB19 consists of members: Pablo, Stell, Ken, Josh, and Justin. The film highlights some of the Pinoy band’s milestones, from their debut to the latest SB19 concert held in 2024.
