“Let the corresponding commitment orders be issued against accused Alice Leal Guo a.k.a. “Guo Hua Ping” and Walter Wong Long. All the accused in these cases are NOT ENTITLED to post bail as the charges against them are non-bailable.”

Alice Guo was in charge of Baofu real estate firm, where Hongsheng POGO conducted its operations. However, she claimed she no longer had ties to the firm when the operator had its activities on the property.

In contrast to her statement, investigators found evidence that her divestment isn’t true. Additionally, the judge ordered her transfer to the Pasig City Jail female dormitory. Currently, Alice Guo is detained in Camp Crame, where she claims she “feels safe.”

Dr. Winston Casio, Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission spokespoerson said, “We just have to wait for the raffle kaninong specifc branch sa Pasig didinggin yon at syempre ang pinakahihintay ng lahat ang paglabas ng warrant of arrest.”

“Syempre mga labor issues. Doon tayo nagtatagal sa mga labor issues na tinatawag ‘yung mga immigration issues. We are trying to iron out all the specific details in relation to immigration and labor. Hopefully sa next meeting namin ayos na laht,” Casio added.

Aside from her trafficking charges, Alice faces multiple charges. This includes graft and money laundering. Additionally, Alice Guo’s nationality was one of the things that unfolded during her hearing.

After several Senate hearings, Alice Leal Guo fled the country and attempted to hide in Indonesia. However, Indonesian authorities arrested her and brought her back to the Philippines.

There’s also a lot of controversy surrounding her escape. Sources say that a former PNP chief is involved. This resulted in Senator Bato dela Rosa asking Alice Guo, “Kilala mo ba ako?” in one of the hearings.

Alice Guo and her accomplices are yet to face multiple charges against them. Due to this, the entire Philippines and Filipinos worldwide continue to watch Senate hearings to see everything unfold.
