WEATHER UPDATE – According to PAGASA, the country will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers in other areas today, March 26 (Tuesday).
Cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will be experienced in the Bicol Region, Northern Samar, Samar, Eastern Samar, and Quezon, which is affected by the Easterlies with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to, at times, heavy rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will encounter partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms. The Easterlies impact these areas, and during severe thunderstorms, possible flash floods or landslides.
Furthermore, PAGASA’s wind and coastal water conditions show that northern and eastern sections of the country will experience East to Southeast winds, causing moderate to rough coastal water conditions (1.5 to 2.8 meters).
Monitor weather advisories from PAGASA for updates on the weather conditions. If you live in an area prone to these hazards, be extra cautious during heavy rain. Stay updated on local warnings and evacuation procedures.
