- Visayas, Bicol Region, CABARZON, MIMAROPA, Dinagat Islands, and Surigao del Norte: These areas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms due to the shear line. Residents are advised to be vigilant for possible flash floods or landslides resulting from moderate to heavy rainfall.
- Metro Manila, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, Bulacan, and Bataan: The Northeast Monsoon will bring cloudy skies with rains to these regions. PAGASA warns of potential flash floods and landslides due to moderate, occasionally heavy rains.
